Just wrapped up a DIY wall trim project that took me a couple of weeks to finish. As someone who isn’t a professional house flipper, it was a time-consuming and challenging task. I spent hours researching, measuring, cutting, and installing—learning as I went along. While I’m thrilled with the final result, it made me realize something important about running a business.
